Acai Berry Cleanse 14-Day Fat Burn Cleanse and appetite supplements?

is it safe for a 14 year old? what is more unhealthy: using appetite supplemtnts/acai berry? or burging or not eating?.

i do not do any of this , i am just curious which one would be considered the worst and the best out of these three

    None of it is effective or healthy.

    Make a lifestyle change. Any diet you go on may help you lose weight but you’ll tend to gain it back if you go back to your previous ways.
    Eat a healthy well-balanced diet all the time…keep junk food, fast food, sweets, sodas, etc to a bare minimum (the occasional treat if you feel the need). Keep your calories over 1200 when trying to lose weight, and go for 4 – 6 small meals a day to keep your metabolism up for longer…add to that a lot of water, and at least 1 hour of exercise at least 5 days a week and you’ll be on your way!

    When you reach your goal, simply modify your calorie intake and/or exercise to allow you to maintain your weight instead of continuing to lose.

    There is no proper basis for belief in those systems. There is no scientific proof whatsoever that they work. And actually, most likely they don’t. Acai berry juice is very good for you, but it’s only on par with cranberry and other berries. They market it as a fat burning berry, but in reality, it’s just very good for you.
    By the way. I love the movie little Miss Sunshine. =)
