I know the Acai Berry Cleanse thing is a Scam because the site offers a free trial and charges your credit card without sending it – the question is…does the product itself (any Acai Berry product) actually work? or is that a scam too?

If so – where could I find Acai Berries?

no, any kind of cleanse or pill or drink that claims weight loss is just another gimmick.
By fasting or over hydrating your body for a short period of time, yes you do lose weight (just a few pounds) immediately, but the damage you’ve done to your metabolism causes you to not only gain back that weight but retain more fat from everything you eat for a week or so after a cleanse so you gain another few pounds, it’s really stupid.
Besides the scientific side of the argument there’s a logical side as well. Don’t you think that if there was a magic pill or method to make everyone as thin as a runway model that everyone would be as thin as a runway model? There wouldn’t be any fat people or anyone on here asking about losing weight and all the gyms would be closed.
My husband is currently using some version of an acai berry weight loss pill. It doesn’t curb his appetite but it does cause him to go to the bathroom a lot more.
The healthiest way to lose weight is to eat healthier, smaller portions, and exercise. If you are new to working out this sight has some good recommendations
Hope this helps.
