I suggest you try the best acai berry. I also suggest you research before buying any acai berry product. There are many different acai products that just don’t work. The best Acai berry worked well for me I lost 8 pounds in one week.

I think that the whey protein at 95% of pro are good.
anyway, if you want to lose weight I advise you to try running, if you sweat well it means that your physic is working.
last one: don’t eat many times daily (best is 3 times) so do breakfast lunch and dinner (not more) … and never get full stomach when ended the meal.
