It has caffeine anhydrous in it
Tell everyone how bad this diet pill can make you feel! I would rather be fat than take this again!!!!!

   You should probably go see a doctor.
   Seriously.
   It might be an allergic reaction to whatever hokum junk they put in those pills.

   These products are a waste of money, don’t work, and some are actually bad for you with side effects like you are having.

   No pill, potion or supplement will help. If you are worried, you should go to your doctor.

   All you need is a good healthy diet – lots of fruit and veg, and exercise
