Okay I went online and ordered the ‘free’ portion of the Acai Berry Detox and they sent me two, one that was free and then one that I had to pay for. I was currently using my moms credit card and I didnt think anything of it when I got the two. I thought that I had ordered the one by mistake, and emailed then, asking them if they could stop sending me more because I wanted to only use one. Well the next week I got another one and this one I didn’t order, so I sent another email to them asking them if I could cancel my account, but they only sent me an email with one of the Acai Berry advertisments on it. And yet another came another week, and all of a sudden my bill sky rocketed to 800 dollars and Im only 17 and I am currently unemployed and have no money except 20 dollars a week to pay for this bill that went up because of Acai Berry Detox! I have called and called and called and they have not answered any of my calls and now Im stuck witht his bill that I can’t pay off until after I graduate which is months away! PLEASE HELP ME!

Acai Took the Wrinkles Right out of my Scrotum
It did.
For real.
Acai took the wrinkles right out of my scrotum.
It’s true. My scrotum is now taut and fuzzy and it looks—except for the color—like I’m packin’ two brand spanking new Wilson tournament tennis balls.
That’s not all. Acai cured me of gout, caused my webbed feet to revert to normal, and made my breath smell like a stripper’s bosom, all vanilla and cinnamony.
Jesus, ain’t there anything acai doesn’t allegedly fix?
As you might have noticed, acai is the latest wonder food, having replaced pomegranate as the chosen fruit.
Listen, acai is a nice fruit. It contains omega 3 fatty acids, and it contains antioxidants, but anything that’s from a plant contains antioxidants.
While acai marketers routinely claim that a serving has more antioxidants than, I don’t know, a full-scale mock-up of Denise Milani’s breasts made from packed blueberries, it’s not really true.
It seems that while acai contains more antioxidants than apple, orange, or cranberry juice, it doesn’t contain as much as grape juice, blueberry juice, or black cherry juice.
Furthermore, real acai is hard to find. The fruit spoils easily and packaging is challenging. Every berry has to be shipped from Brazil and unless it’s stored in the hermetically sealed hoo-hahs of Brazilian supermodels, it arrives in the states a tad stale.
As a result, while acai juices seem to be plentiful, finding raw berries is rare, leading some to speculate that some of the acai berry preparations seen are adulterated with other, supposedly less potent, domestic berries.
Berry buyer best beware.
In case you don’t realize there’s a bit of sarcasm there, people use Acaii berry as a marketing scheme caust it’s the new ‘in thing’
Save yourself the money and just eat right
You need to get your mom to call her credit card company and dispute the charges. let them know that you have contacted to company to cancel your order but they continued to send you the product and charge you.
These Acai Berry guys are well known for doing this. Odds are the credit card company will already know a lot about it and be willing to get you your money back.
EDIT: And then use this as a learning experience. Nobody sends you a free 14-day or 30-day supply of anything. You are always signing up for a subscription. Same goes for DVDs. It’s never really $9.95 for two.
First of all, have your mom contact the credit card company and open a dispute. Secondly, contact the Attorney Generals office to lodge a complaint (our state has a web page). Send them an email and tell them that you have taken both of those measures. If there is any way to get a physical address (like the return label maybe?), send them a letter telling them to stop – it needs to be a certifiied letter where you get a return receipt when they signed for it. Also, in the letter mention that you are 17 because they cannot make a contract legally stick if you are under 18. That means if they think you signed up for something you didn’t mean to, they can’t enforce it. Good Luck and always read the fine print!
DON’T START THE ACAI BERRY DIET – IT DOESN’T WORK
The reason for this is simple, the acai berry pills are rubbish. To make them, they use the waste product from when they make the juice. So basically, you are paying for crappy left-overs that don’t do a single thing.
The acai berry is now considered the greatest scam on the internet, the reason is simple ,they do what is called re-occurring billing. Basically, once you fall for the scam and give them your credit card details, they charge you $50 each month and mail you their crappy pills which cost them around $1 to make. If you want to stop them from charging you, you have to jump through all kinds of hurdles.
Basically, they get RICH and you get RIPPED OFF. Anybody that says the acai berry is good is after one thing and that is your money. Please don’t get caught by this scam.
You know how they say Oprah and Doctor Oz endorses the acai berry, well this is a lie. Both of these people on their website released a statement that said they do not endorse the acai berry and any person that says they are is trying to scam you.
I’ve seen so many people be caught by the scam and it really saddens me, please don’t be one of them.
If you do want to lose weight and get into shape, then I recommend
I’ve been using that for 2 months now and couldn’t be happier. It’s helped me lose a couple of pounds and firm up my tummy. The best part is I didn’t have to buy any stupid pills that don’t work.
To sum up, the acai bery is a scam. DON’T BUY THE PILLS OR START ANY ACAI BERRY DIET.
