boo!! asked:

I’m 15 years old, 5 foot 2 and 148 pounds. I started the acai berry and colon detox pills last week and today I started walking on the treadmill/across town. I was wondering if anyone has used this pill before and knows how long it will take me to lose 20 pounds. Don’t say to cut down calories ’cause I’ve already done that, I think I take in 1,400 a day. I don’t eat all kinds of snacks, maybe one every two days or so, I eat three meals a day if I can. I drink plenty of water, I just want to know how long. :) Thank you
Thanks, I already have it, I’ve been taking them for about a week

Acai berry is just a fruit. Same as bananas or apples.

Colon cleansers are just gentle laxatives and fiber. You might lose an additional 5-10 pounds on them, but you will gain it all back as soon as you get off them. And since it’s waterweight, you wont look much better at all.

    Colon cleansers are for constipation.

    Weight goals
Losing 5-10% of your weight is an ideal target, according to research. This can be broken down into smaller manageable steps, for example, 4-5lbs at a time. Remember too that just keeping your weight stable is a great achievement in itself these days. Losing modest amounts of weight are not just easier to keep off but bring big health benefits. For example, if you are overweight, losing 5-10% of your weight can halve your risk of type 2 diabetes.
